Responsive and accommodating host. Charles/Charlie consistently provided excellent and quick communication, was easy to work with, helped with pick-up/drop-off, and gave thorough walkthroughs of the van, answering all questions.
Drives easily with good mileage. The van is well-stocked with kitchen/linens, comfortable beds, and was easy to drive even on mountain roads. Features include a propane heater for cold weather, snow tires, bug nets, and a pop-top bed for four. Guests noted good gas mileage. Minor issues included wipers/brake squeak, and a request for a generator.
