Provides clear instructions and support. Owner Martin Casillas Jr. is easy to communicate with, nice, and provides thorough walkthroughs and instructions, making the rental process easy.
Clean, best suited for two. The trailer is cleaned and prepped prior to pick up. The dining table is flimsy when converted to a bed, making it better suited for 2 people. No leaks were reported.

• You cannot ride in a trailer coach (travel trailer) while it's being towed.
• Please no paper products or heavy debris in toilet or shower.
• Wash off sand with outdoor faucet before showering inside.
• No roughhousing inside trailer.
• If something doesn't work Please call host don't try to fix it.
• AC and microwave will run with generator or campground 30 amp hookups, fridge and stove can run off propane.
