There are 33 gallons of fresh water, a deep sink, induction stove (plus a camp propane or butane stove), fridge, natures head toilet, shower (outdoor), awning and Webasto Heater/electric Dometic AIR Conditioner for comfort in any outdoor temps, plus much more!! It is fully stocked and can sleep 3, has seat belts for 2. There is a full-sized bed (best fit for 5’9” heights and shorter) plus optional single ( available, but please specify if you need this ) that is comfortable for sleeping and more! We've tried to think of everything!! Animals welcome- with deposit and approval! This Van is Clean!
