Ruby is a great gal who is up for all the exploring – and downtime – that your heart desires. She includes everything you’ll need to explore the island with ease without fussy set up or unnecessary prep – all you’ll need are clothing and food!

There are incredible spots to enjoy on Maui, although reservations are required at designated campgrounds for your overnight stay (no sleeping on the side of the road or at the beach). We're happy to suggest camping locations shared with you before your trip begins.

Please prepare ahead of time and make reservations where you plan to stay well in advance!

Exceptional, responsive customer service. Owners drove a backup key to reviewers an hour away after a lockout. They were described as very helpful, kind, and proactively communicated about issues.

Drives well, spacious sleeping. The van drove great, handling national parks and Road to Hana well. Features a spacious bed but has limited interior headspace. It was mechanically sound, but an A/C issue occurred under heavy load.

Cancellation policy

Moderate

We offer a moderate cancellation policy. Reservations may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Reservations cancelled after that 24 hour booking period, but more than 7 days before your arrival date will result in a 75% refund. Reservations cancelled 7 days or less before your arrival date will result in a 50% refund. A cancellation within a day of your reservation beginning will result in NO refund. Keep in mind cancellation policies vary among booking platforms, which means your booking's specific cancellation policy may differ than what is listed above.
