Cancellation policy

Renter may cancel this reservation in its entirety by giving written notice to Owner no later than 30 calendar days prior to Departure. If Owner receives such notice timely, Owner will make a full refund of Renter’s Reservation Deposit, less a $50.00 Cancellation Fee or 20% of the Reservation Deposit, whichever is greater. Renter may cancel this reservation in its entirety by giving written notice to Vehicle Owner no later than two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to Departure by forfeiting the Reservation Deposit. Renter’s cancellation less than two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to Departure will result in forfeiture of the entire Reservation Deposit and Rental amount.

Host rules

No smoking inside the unit, no climbing on the roof, and no cats allowed (dogs only).

We will call you to schedule a pick up appointment roughly 1 week prior to your departure date. Please note- the times you filled out upon checkout are not guaranteed. We schedule pick-up appointments between 10am and 3pm.
