Custom Built Tear Drop Camper

We are selling out brand new camper trailer that we built.  Due to some life changes, we are needing to sell it sooner than anticipated.  It has had next to no use and is in mint condition since receiving its VIN and inspection.  With rugged tires and a high clearance, the trailer is ready for most any adventure.  And with cherry interior and cabinetry, the trailer spares no luxury.  Features include: 
- 12 volt electricity throughout, with 110 shore power, that powers lighting and fridge; brand new battery and inverter included
- Interior plumbing with 25 gallon tank, sink, and external shower, all connected to a propane hot water heater
- Queen bed (that can fold into a couch) along with additional removable bunk for small child
- Propane tank that feeds both hot water heater and RV cooking range in kitchen.
- Plenty of storage, both undercarriage as well as roof box
- Custom roof rack also has brand new awning with full enclosure
