Warn m12 12,000 lb winch

12,000 pound warn winch came with bumper that I bought for my moms truck, she will never use the winch so I’m taking it off to put the money towards refinishing the bumper. Retails for 2500 new, Still in great shape. I have all the wiring and controller. Asking 1,000 OBO local pickup only I will not ship.
