Tepui Rooftop tent w/ annex

I have a Tepui roof top tent with detachable annex I’m looking to sell. I’m overall it’s in good condition. The exterior shell that the tent zips into probably needs replacing in the next couple years. It still keeps the water out but is wearing. You’ll need a sleeping mat for it. 

Dimensions: 

94” x 56” sleeping area, 50” x 56” when folded up and zipped

Unsure of annex dimensions
