New only used once
Replaced with this tent after accident so selling with double parts (ladder, siding, bags, latches, etc)
Best tent out there in my opinion. I'm 5'3" and 115 lbs soaking wet and I can do everything with this tent by myself. Double clam shell style with hydraulics, LED lights, incredible capacity. 
I simply don't have time for it anymore and could use the money for my business and would love to see someone else enjoy it.
It's 250 lbs roughly with a 1200 lbs capasity inside and 250 lbs capasity on top.
