There is some minor exterior cosmetic wear from driving through forests, but nothing that affects performance. A roof rack with two cross bars is mounted, and I am including both heavy-duty and lightweight gas struts. The heavy struts make it easy to lift even with a fully loaded Thule mounted on top, while the lighter struts are better for daily use without a rooftop load. The tent has windows at each corner. In the photo of the tent popped up, you can see a window open and one half open. I will also be including the full insulation kit as well as putting all new seals on. 

The sale also includes my custom modular interior setup built for a six-foot bed. It consists of a stacked drawer system with 18-inch drawers on the bottom and 10-inch drawers on top, plus stash cubbies with access hatches on both the top and side. Near the cab there is a stacked open cubby, and the driver’s side of the build is pass-through so I could store skis, fishing poles, chairs, and other gear. This kept my gear out of the way but still protected. In the photos you’ll see that the passenger-side cubby near the cab is not present, as I left that space open for my golden retriever and her bed. I do have the cubby and it will come with this, its just not in the photos. The stash benches have been sturdy enough for me to stack bins, coolers, and water jugs on top and secure them with tie-downs. I also have cushions that go on top of the benches. 

This setup has been reliable in every season. I’ve used it through blizzards, freezing temperatures, high winds, desert heat, and heavy rain without issues or concerns. It’s a great pop-up solution for a mid-size truck. 

Total weight of pop-up plus interior setup is around 650lbs.

I can transfer it to a new owner on Oct. 5th in Flagstaff, Denver, or near Summit County.
