Rustic Mtn Overland PATROL XCT Trailer

This trailer was purchased a year and a half ago. I negotiated a good deal on it and the time for just under $11,500 for it from a Sprinter Van conversion shop in Golden Colorado when I moved out to Roaring Fork valley.
I'm looking to sell the trailer itself and it is in excellent condition. It has always been stored properly underneath a outdoor car cover and it has no damage or issues. 
I would guess I have put less than 1,500 miles on it. 
I drove it out from the front range, took it to Moab two times. I don't get to go out and use it like I want and I am working on building a workshop and could use the money. 
Considering the tax and titling fees I'm looking for $9,999.
