Rear mounted jacks for stability, awning, chairs , table, upgraded queen mattress plus more. Skylight multi speed fan. No AC or heat however that could be added if you wish to add it.  Unit will sleep 2 adults easily and comfortably. This was used one week only after purchased as owner passed away. Beautiful purple, tow's easily (Subaru Forrester) unit has a 7 pin connector with adapter for 4 pin.
