2006 Fleetwood Neon pop up camper (Denver, CO)

Hard to find 2006 Fleetwood Neon pop up camper with solar, upgraded tires, roof vent, upgraded stabilizer jacks. I purchased it in April 2023 but plans to use it for work related activities fell through. The person I purchased it from originally purchased in 2017 and it was garaged ever since. Non-smoker. About 950 lbs, incredibly easy to tow with anything, easy to move by hand. Title in hand. 

Upgrades:
-Entire road side wall panel (canvas, window, screen) replaced in 2021
-Replaced AC unit with roof vent
-Added Renogy 100W solar panel with charge controller
-Voltmeter, 2 USB plugs, 12V plug with switch
-Propane line run through interior cabinet for Little Buddy heater (not included) or camp stove, coffee maker, etc.
-BAL 'C' jacks on each corner
-New tires and wheels Loadstar ST205/75D14 with black steel wheels. 
-New curtains

77x52 bed slides out, couch folds down for second bed. Hail damage on the roof from previous owner but just cosmetic. No leaks in heavy rain. Easy to set up. Great little simple camper for off road or overland adventures. A rare find in a pop-up with a small backcountry footprint.
