Host rules
We love our little rig and ask that you bring it back in the condition you received it in. Please spray off any mud, grime, or bug splatter, prior to your return at a self service car wash.
If there is excessive cleaning needed, there will be a minimum $200 fee added to any professional cleaning services needed. $100 per additional hour after 2 hours of cleaning. If professional services are required or additional airing out time is needed due to smoke or other odors, the entirety of your deposit will be forfeited in addition to any insurance claims filed as well.
Lost key charge $100.
Pet fee $100.
Please strip used bedding and place it in a pillow case at the end of the trip.
Absolutely NO smoking.
Absolutely NO off roading.
