• Excessive cleaning, stains, or odors may result in additional fees
• No open flames inside the trailer (candles, grills, etc.)
• No modifications to the trailer (mounting, drilling, decals, etc.)
• Awning must be retracted during wind or storms
• Renter must notify owner immediately of any damage or mechanical issues
