$200 depost is refundable 30 days prior to the date reserved minus a $50 processing fee. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days-10 days from the reservation, the amount of $200 will no longer be refundable. However, $200 will be applied towards a rental within one year of the original reservation date. If the cancellation is 10 days from the rental, the renter will forfeit full deposit.
