Ridg swing out tire carrier

Ridg swing out tire carrier with drop down table, table alone is $400. had it on my 2012 tacoma, it can carry  up to a 35 spare tire it also comes with a $100 bike extender hitch, I lost the key of it hat to cut it to remove it.
