Heavy Duty Roof Rack Rooftop Cargo Carrier Basket

Purchased in 2021, used to do a move across the states. I originally had attached to my 4Runner but have since got a new vehicle so I no longer need the rack. The rack is in good shape and was very durable. 
I am unsure if I have all the additional parts, however I will attempt to locate them.

I also have a hitch, just needs to be cleaned $25 for smaller one
