Proactive communication and support. Jasson communicated well, proactively following up, answering questions, and supplying essentials. He was accommodating, even providing a backup solar panel with instructions when the factory one was not operational.
Truck drives great, spacious camper. The new Tacoma truck drove great, felt safe, and exceeded expectations. The Scout Yoho camper was unexpectedly spacious and comfortable for 3-4 people, though one guest noted it was fairly worn with non-operational factory solar panels.
