Inconsistent communication and fairness. Guests praise Annie's friendliness and clear check-in. However, multiple reports detail dismissive or absent communication during breakdowns, unresolved issues regarding billing for early/late returns, and accusations of "ghosting" when problems arise.
Tows easily but battery unreliable. The Airstream Bambi is easy to tow, maneuver, clean, and comfortable. Despite one upgrade to lithium batteries, several rentals suffered from dead batteries, impacting water/power access and dry camping. Other reported issues include a corroded window, stiff door lock, and broken safety cable.

A 7 pin trailer plug is needed. (If you use 3 pin plug, an adapter can be purchased from auto zone for around $20).
