Highly responsive and supportive host. Kayla provided a helpful video before pickup, was easy to reach for questions, and was available to troubleshoot minor hiccups. She consistently offered information and support throughout trips.
Smooth and capable driving experience. The van drives easily, handles steep roads well, and includes a stove, indoor toilet, extra camera, and Starlink. However, the bed is high, doors can be challenging, and one guest reported no heat/hot water in cold weather.
