Attentive, communicative, and helpful. Michelle provided thorough walk-throughs, excellent recommendations, and was very communicative, making pick-up/drop-off easy and even mailing forgotten items.

XL Sprinter, drives well. The van is an XL Sprinter, which can be harder to park, but reviewers noted it drives great, especially on passes. It's immaculate, well-insulated, and includes everything for camping, from kitchenware to beds, AC/heater, and outdoor shower.
