Very communicative and highly supportive. Tamas provided excellent communication and was very helpful, assisting renters at campsites and with RV issues. He made pickup and return processes easy and straightforward.
Light and easy to tow. This compact trailer is comfortable and perfect for 1-2 people, clean, and in great shape. While easy to tow, users noted that batteries drain quickly during boondocking in fall/winter.
