Quick to respond and accommodating. Owners are quick to respond, helpful, and accommodating to travel plan changes. Guests appreciated prompt communication for questions and thorough walkthroughs provided by staff.
Maneuverable and easy to drive. Van is maneuverable, fitting small spaces, and features working solar/water systems. However, multiple guests received the van dirty with maintenance lights on. AC, sliding door, bed comfort, and cooking amenities showed inconsistent performance or issues for some users.
