Friendly, helpful pickup process. Guests noted the rental company (Teton Backcountry Rentals) as extra friendly and helpful, making the truck pickup a breeze.

Drove comfortably on gravel roads. Reviewers highlighted the truck's well-made, comfortable setup, and its good performance on gravel. It was also great for sleeping. Minor amenity issues: missing lighter butane and a dish towel.

Cancellation policy

Custom

A refundable deposit (25% of the order total) is required to complete the reservation. The remaining balance must then be paid 45 days prior to the rental start date. If an order is cancelled *outside* of the 45 days prior to the rental start date, the deposit (25% of the order total) will be refunded. If an order is cancelled *within* 45 days of the rental start date, no refund of the paid total will be issued. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for last-minute cancellations.

ATTENTION - INSURANCE OPTIONS - You must do one of these:
1) Purchase insurance through the checkout process.
2) Provide TBR with an INSURANCE BINDER from your insurance company at least 1 week prior to pick-up stating that your insurer will fully cover the truck and camper
