2024 Coachmen Clipper 806XLS Pop-Up with a 9 ft box has 2 tent beds 48" x 80", two 60" gaucho benches with portable table and can sleep up to 6 people. 2 burner Range, Kitchen sink and 12 V 1.7 cu. ft. Refrigerator . Travel length is 12'11", travel height is 4'8", exterior open length is 17'11". Tow vehicle needs 7-pin trailer connector and electric brakes. If you don't have a brake controller installed in your vehicle, you may rent our portable controller for $25 and have a smart phone to use an app to control the brakes. Includes linens, dishes, cookware, lawn chairs, fire tongs, campfire tri-pod, and more.
Pick up and drop off times are flexible if it is arranged ahead of time.

Provides thorough support and instruction. Jim gave detailed instructions on towing and camper use, provided his cell for issues, and the team was professional, responsive, and punctual with delivery/pickup.

Fully equipped and meticulously stocked. The pop-up camper was exceptionally well-stocked with amenities like fire tongs, camping chairs, ziplock bags, and place settings, being clean and ready for use.

Must be 25 years old to drive, no smoking or vaping, no climbing on the roof, no tow vehicles, adult dogs will be considered with owner approval only, RV must be returned as clean on the inside as you received it.
