Highly communicative and helpful. Jared and Jack provide thorough walkthroughs, respond quickly to questions, offer extra amenities (linens, cooking gear, chairs), and are flexible with scheduling. Jack has even provided airport lifts.
Easy to drive and adventure-ready. The Mercedes Sprinter van drives easily, handles well, and fits in standard parking. It offers excellent off-grid power, a robust heater, a comfortable adjustable bed, and strong 4x4 capability for adventures. Minor amenity and occasional cold-weather starting issues noted.
