When you make a reservation, that rental unit is now unavailable to other renters. The amount refunded when you cancel, therefore, depends on how close it is to your Departure Date. - If your Departure Date is less than 14 days away when you cancel - you’ll forfeit the full reservation cost - If your Departure Date is 14-60 days away when you cancel - you’ll forfeit your reservation deposit (50% of reservation cost) - If your Departure Date is more than 60 days away when you cancel - you’ll only forfeit a $100 administrative fee, we’ll refund the rest. - Regardless of Departure Date, if you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation, you’ll receive a full refund. - If you purchase the Free Cancellation waiver at checkout you may cancel at any time & receive a full refund.
Host rules
Please no smoking or vaping inside of the Rv's or Motorhomes. No flushable wipes or baby wipes of any kind down the toilet please use the RV use only tp we provide. No roof access of any kind unless approved by the owner.
