With the increased ride height and larger tires, it is the perfect pull-behind for Mid-sized trucks and crossovers, not to mention Jeeps and Subarus.

Cancellation Policy When you reserve a trailer with Geared4Utah, that unit is immediately removed from our availability calendar. Because we are a small family business with a limited fleet, each booking blocks out inventory that could otherwise be rented to other guests. This is why reservation deposits are non-refundable. We prepare each trailer personally and schedule pickups around our full-time work and family commitments, and holding your reservation represents a significant commitment on our end. A 50 percent reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 15 or more days before your check-out date, the reservation deposit may be transferred to another rental date or unit within one year of the original reservation date. If you cancel less than 15 days before check-out, the reservation deposit is forfeited. If you have paid your full balance and cancel more than 14 days before the booking start date, you will receive a 50 percent refund of the full rental amount, minus processing fees. If you cancel within 14 days of the booking start date, no refund is issued. If you have only paid the reservation deposit and cancel at any time, no refund is issued. You may still transfer the deposit to a future rental if the cancellation occurs 15 or more days before check-out. We understand that plans can change, and while we cannot offer refundable deposits, we are always willing to work with you to move your reservation to a different date or unit within the same rental season when possible. If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us.
Host rules
Geared4Utah is a small family business. We prepare each trailer personally and schedule pickups around our full-time work and family commitments. Clear expectations help ensure a smooth rental experience for you and fairness for all guests. All pickups are scheduled by appointment. Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may incur a 35 dollar late fee. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may require rescheduling. Missed appointments without communication may result in cancellation without refund.
The walkthrough takes about 45 minutes and is important. Rushed walkthroughs often lead to issues during the trip. Please plan enough time for the walkthrough. If you want an early departure, consider picking up the day before after 4:00 pm. Bring your driver’s license.
Smoking of any kind is prohibited in or around the equipment. Any smoke odor will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit and additional cleaning fees.
No pets are allowed inside the trailer or tent. Any evidence of pets will result in additional cleaning and damage fees.
Equipment must remain within the continental United States. Travel on improved dirt roads is permitted. Any off-road damage, including rock chips and tree scratches, is the renter’s responsibility.
Renters must follow all laws, speed limits, towing regulations, and campground rules. Renters are responsible for all taxes, fees, tolls, campsite charges, parking fees, and penalties. Any unpaid fees will be charged to the renter plus a 100 dollar administration fee per violation. Any violation may result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
In the event of a breakdown or accident, contact Geared4Utah immediately. Failure to notify us may result in the renter being responsible for all repair costs.
Only approved drivers may operate the tow vehicle. No passengers are allowed in or on the trailer while moving.
Do not overload the trailer or tow vehicle. Nothing may be stored on top of the tent.
