This van is so easy to drive, you can really go anywhere in it. The kids will be entertained for hours watching DVDs with headphones, while you listen to podcasts up front. The whole family can watch together at night after long hikes or rainy days camping.

Most of the below rules are discussed elsewhere in the agreement, and may be discussed at orientation or are just common sense, but let’s be on the same page. We will provide information on the operation of the 2012 Mercedes Sprinter Conversion Van at the time of pickup, and will provide instruction manuals/tutorials for the operation of coach systems, features, and appliances. It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow instructions. (You can call us though, really..we love to help) Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features, or appliances in RV may result in damage, and renter will be liable for the cost to repair.
No Smoking is allowed inside the vehicle, or your entire security deposit will be retained to have the RV professionally cleaned. Respect to those who like to smoke, but just not in the van please. We suggest Renters purchase the Outdoorsy Damage Protection Plan that offers an additional 1500.00 of interior protection in addition to the Security Deposit for longer rentals of a week or more. (It’s cheaper than re-upholstering a couch or replacing the roof tent)
Please return the van as clean as you got it to avoid an additional 100.00 cleaning fee. For example, taking your trash out, sweeping out the van, collecting your belongings, cleaning out the fridge. Sanitizing is not necessary. Renter is responsible for any tickets or tolls even if the notice arrives after the security deposit has been released. Outdoorsy will notify you. Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter while in your possession. If the renter believes it is due to owner negligence, the tire must be brought back for a neutral, professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result. We are very good about checking out tires condition before renting it out. If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call the roadside assistance purchased through the rental, and alert the owner i
