Responsive, helpful, and flexible. Hosts Chris and Amanda provide quick responses, clear instructions, and helpful explanations. They are accommodating with delivery and flexible with pick-up and drop-off times.

Tows easily, very maneuverable. The Basecamp 16X tows like a dream, easy to pull and maneuver with small SUVs. It offers cold AC, a well-stocked kitchen with solar fridge, and a unique back door. However, there were reports of a shower leak, hot water issue, and a recurring hose compartment problem.
