Highly communicative and goes extra mile. Madison provided extra fuel tanks, showed a first-time user how to operate the van, and was consistently responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with during pick-up/drop-off.
Comfortable ride, good on gas. The van provides a smooth, comfortable driving experience, handles well, and is reported to be good on gas. It's spacious, very clean, well-appointed with amenities, and has a comfortable bed. (Bed might be short for 5'11"+ users.)
