Vehicle Condition. The van was an awesome rig with everything needed, ran great and was comfortable. However, some experienced issues like broken features, uncleaned areas, or inaccurate descriptions regarding bed size.
Communication. Lina and Jake were extremely communicative and very timely in their responses. Their positive attitudes made a world of difference as well.
