Great initial communication, poor issue resolution. Guests praised Emily for friendly, responsive communication and detailed walkthroughs. However, one renter experienced incorrect pickup coordinates, irrelevant staff instructions, and unresponsiveness regarding a credit for a known vehicle defect post-rental.
Easy to drive, clean, well-appointed. Many praised its cleanliness, excellent maintenance, and generous equipment, including a strong diesel heater and all necessary supplies. It was also noted as easy to drive. However, one user experienced a broken sliding door, impossible to close from inside.
