Welcome to our adventure van called Sunseeker! She is a 21ft Winnebago Solis 59px on a 2021 Ram chassis, seating and sleeping four.

Adventure is calling, and our van will take you there! Sunseeker is located in East Asheville. We are 15 minutes from downtown Asheville, 15 minutes from Black Mountain, 30 minutes from the Asheville Airport and 45-60 minutes from Brevard, Mills River and about a million waterfalls! We are also about an hour and a half from Great Smokey Mountain National Park, 4 hours from New River Gorge National Park and close by to many incredible state parks as well. Our closest favorite is Gorges State Park - so many waterfalls and hikes and a great campground!
Sunseeker is super comfortable and easy to drive, has a rear back up camera, fits in most standard parking spots, an extra two feet of back storage (bonus of having a PX!) With the ability to clip in and hang life jackets, climbing gear, helmets etc, a queen size Murphy bed and full size pop top bed in the loft! There is a ton of storage space, in cabinets above, below and under the floor.
There is a propane heater that keeps the van toasty on chilly nights, and an air-conditioning unit usable with the generator or when plugged in to electric at a campsite.
The front seats swivel so everyone can eat together or play cards when the rain hits or you need a break from the heat.
We have an indoor and outdoor shower, an extra space at the sliding door to spray off muddy feet, a really easy to use cassette toilet, a propane two burner stove, refrigerator, sink and stocked kitchen supplies in the cabinet above.
We supply both beds with plenty of pillows, and 100% cotton sheets + quilts and extra blankets for those chillier nights. We also supply large quick dry towels. All are washed in non toxic detergent.
For an extra fee, we have a bike rack, inflatable 2 person kayak (with fishing mounts), inflatable paddle board, life jackets for every age child and adult, hammocks, and even organic sourdough bread or bagels from local WNC micro bakery Soul Sourdough :) Check these out in the Add-ons section!

Generous, flexible, and available. Sarah and Josh were generous and flexible with guests, readily available throughout the trip, and provided good instructions on the van's use and systems.
Fun to drive, sleeps 4. This Solis RV is in perfect condition, well-equipped with supplies, cooking gear, and linens. Its pop-up creates another bedroom, making it ideal for families with kids.

Host rules
• Sunseeker van has only a 6" clearance, so please NO offroading of any kind.
• 150 miles a day are included, $0.50/mile will be charged after that
• No smoking under any circumstances inside or near the van ($500 violation fee)
• No Pets ($500 violation fee)
• Please treat our van as if it were your own.
• Sweep up, wash dishes, clean out trash, fill up the gas, propane and empty the toilet cassette and gray water tank before you return.
• Please return your van on time. We will charge $50/hr for each hour you are late.
• Excess Cleaning Fee of $200. Excessive cleaning may be charged due to trash, food waste, dirt, sand, permanent marks to van interior or improper use of sink / toilet.
• We have a maintenance + location tracker made for rental vehicles connected to the computer system of the van, this helps us locate you and access the van's health if you were to find yourself in an emergency. Dismantling this will be a $500 violation fee.
• Have FUN, take photos and make memories with your family!
Our van is treasured by our family for our own camping trips and our daily use vehicle when not rented, so please treat her as if she was your own :)
