Proactive, flexible, and communicative. Fabio is quick to respond, offers seamless communication, and is flexible with pickup/drop-off times. He proactively upgrades vans or provides extras when original bookings have issues, and offers helpful walkthroughs.
Fully equipped with off-grid features. The van has a full kitchen (sink, stove, microwave, fridge), a shower, and effective AC/heater. It supports off-grid travel with solar panels and a robust battery, though AC uses significant power. A bed extension is helpful, but the mattress could be improved.
