Friendly, helpful, and communicative. Michaela is consistently described as friendly, welcoming, and having prompt communication. She is accommodating (e.g., flight delays, airport pickup) and thoughtfully equips the van with many necessities, though one review noted unclear communication during problems.
Generally easy to drive. The van is often described as comfortable, easy to drive, and well-equipped with a super comfy bed, portable shower, and kitchen supplies. However, it's also noted as a 'big boy' RV-sized van, and one review detailed multiple breakdowns and transmission issues.
