Detailed walkthrough, flexible hosts. Holly and Chad provided detailed walkthroughs, answered questions before and during trips, and were flexible with last-minute accommodations and pickup/drop-off for first-time renters.
Drives easily, comfortable off-grid. The van drives great, even for tall people (6'4"), and is pet-friendly. It features AC, a large shower, dry flush toilet, induction cooktop, 40-gallon water capacity, and quick-charging batteries for off-grid use.
