Gave detailed tour, very responsive. Craig showed how everything worked, simplifying setup and made pickup/return easy. Guests found him very responsive and helpful.
Drives smoothly, cruise control faulty. The van offers a smooth ride and is well-equipped with Starlink, Keurig, and a bike rack. However, the cruise control was non-functional for one long trip.

**RV Rental Rules**
1. **No Smoking:** Smoking inside the RV is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 cleaning fee.
• No cooking foods with strong smell inside van or a $200 deodorizing fee will be charged. There is an elec burner that can be used outside the van for cooking.
2. **Pet Policy:** Pets are allowed but please keep pets off furniture and beds, unless a blanket or pet bed is used. The seat material is easily damaged if a pet scratches it.
3. **Cleaning:** The RV must be returned in the same clean condition as when it was rented. A cleaning fee will be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
4. **Fuel** The RV must be returned with a full tank of fuel. If not, refueling charges will apply of $75 plus the cost of fuel.
5. **Mileage Limits:** Your rental includes a daily mileage limit. Exceeding this limit will incur additional fees.
6. **Waste Disposal:** All waste tanks (black and grey) must be emptied before returning the RV. A $200 fee will be charged if waste tanks are not emptied.
7. **Driving Restrictions:** The RV must only be driven on paved or flat dirt/gravel roads. Off-road driving is not allowed and will void the rental agreement.
8. **Damage:** Renters are responsible for any damage to the RV during the rental period. Please report any incidents immediately.
9. **Parking and Campgrounds:** Renters are responsible for securing appropriate parking and campground reservations. The RV should not be parked in unauthorized areas.
10. **Pick-Up and Drop-Off:** The RV must be picked up and returned at the agreed-upon times. Late returns may incur additional fees.
