We want you to have an amazing trip! To keep the experience great for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines:
Cleanliness
The van will be thoroughly deep-cleaned before your rental. We kindly ask that it be returned in the same condition.
A $200 cleaning fee will apply (Deducted from deposit) if additional cleaning is required upon return, Van must maintain same cleanness upon return as it looks during pickup.
Pets
Pets are allowed. However, any excessive mess or damage may result in additional $500 cleaning fees.
General Use
No climbing on the roof or unsafe use of equipment
Please treat the van with care and respect.
Smoking ❌
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the van.
A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
Rules of the Road
Driver must be 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license
No off-roading or driving on restricted terrain.
Return the van on time and in similar condition
Please dump tanks and refill fuel before return (or applicable fees may apply)
Report any issues or damage immediately
