- The van will come standard with privacy shades, two camping chairs, utensils, paper towels, toilet paper, basic cooking needs, and cookware. You will be responsible for your own bed linens (queen fits best) and towels. However, if there's something else that you need for your adventure just reach out. We can probably make it happen.

• 1. The "Return Ready" Basics
To avoid additional cleaning or refueling fees, please return the rig in the same state you received it:
Fuel Level: Return with a full tank of Diesel (or the level documented at pickup).
The "Empty" Rule: The Grey Tank must be emptied, and the Cassette Toilet must be dumped and rinsed. Note: Returning a full cassette toilet will incur a $100 disposal fee.
General Cleanliness: Please sweep the floors and wipe down surfaces. You don’t need to deep clean, but it should be free of trash and heavy dirt.
2. Off-Road & Driving Guidelines
The Revel is a 4x4, but it is not a rock crawler.
Know Your Limits: High-clearance fire roads and graded dirt paths are encouraged. However, extreme rock crawling, deep water crossings, or thick mud are strictly prohibited. Excessive exterior mud/grime requiring a professional undercarriage wash will incur a $200 fee
The Clearance Rule: Remember the Revel is tall (approx. 10 feet). Always watch for low-hanging branches and drive-thru overhangs.
Speed: Keep it slow on washboard roads to protect the suspension and interior cabinetry.
3. Interior Care: "Treat it Like Your Own"
No Smoking or Vaping: Any scent of smoke will result in a full professional cleaning fee ($200)
Pet Policy: furry friends are welcome but please make sure nothing gets chewed or damaged
Cabinetry & Latches: Ensure all cabinets and the fridge are latched shut before moving the vehicle to prevent damage.
4. Systems & Safety
Awning Usage: The awning is a "fair weather" luxury. It must be retracted at night, if you leave the campsite, or if winds exceed 15 mph.
Power Management: Monitor the "house" batteries via the internal display. Please don't let the batteries drop below 10%.
