Highly responsive and flexible. Nathan consistently replies quickly to messages, is accommodating with pickup/drop-off times, provided helpful walkthroughs, and assisted with troubleshooting during trips.
Drives easily, parks anywhere. The van is consistently described as very easy and fun to drive, fitting into normal parking spots. It's exceptionally clean, immaculately stocked, and well-equipped for diverse trips, even having a strong heater.
