Drives easily, great gas mileage. This Pop-Up Campervan drives easily, gets great gas mileage (~20 mpg), and handles well, fitting on streets and in parking lots. It's clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, featuring a spacious fridge/freezer, stove, heat, and sleeps 4 with a fun pop-top.

- Dumping Fee$100Dumping the toilet and cleaning the grey water. This is done by us at no cost unless left very dirty or full.
- Missing supplies$100If there are any missing supplies, such as the fan, a minimum of $100 will be taken.
- Re-fueling the car$100The gas is given to the guest full, if it is not full there will be an additional $100 charge.
- Cleaning Fee$100If the RV is left unclean upon return. There will be an additional fee of $100.

Host rules
• One driver must be at least 25 years old.
• The gas tank will be given full, so it is expected to also be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, a fee will be charged of 100$.
• There is a prep free of $200 so that the vehicle is given to you clean upon arrival and after it is brought back. After the vehicle is returned based on the condition of the vehicle there will be an additional cleaning fee, of at least $100 if left very dirty. If anything is missing in the vehicle that should be there upon return this will also be an extra cost. For example if blankets or pillows have been given to you but have not been returned.
• Any damages to the RV will be your responsibility if not covered by insurance, damages will be taken from the deposit or a claim can be filed with the insurance. We have a right to file for a claim or to take any collections afterward.
