The Cascade is designed to comfortably sleep up to three people. The near-king-sized bed offers a spacious and restful sleep for two, while an optional air mattress can convert the front seats into a twin bed, perfect for an additional guest or a child.

Experience the freedom of off-grid living with the Cascade’s advanced electrical system. It includes 800 AH of Lithium Batteries, a powerful 3000 Watt Inverter, and 450 Watts of Solar Power, providing you with reliable energy to power your adventures without the need for external hookups.

Helpful staff, smooth process. The staff, including Angela, provides a super easy, helpful, and organized rental process, offering smooth pick-up and drop-off experiences and keeping renters updated throughout their trip.

We offer flexible cancellation with 100% refund up to 30 days in advance. Between 30 and 15 days you lose the $600 holding deposit. Within 14 days of departure, lose 50% of your reservation fee. Within 1 Week - No Refunds For bookings less than 30 days prior to departure we have a different cancelation policy: 48 hours after booking, free refund (unless departure is less than 7 days away, then all sales final). 30-7 days prior to departure, lose 50% of your reservation fee. 7 days prior to departure all sales final. [30+ day bookings have a different cancelation policy: Cancellation with 100% refund up to 45 days in advance. Between 45 - 30 days you lose the $600 holding deposit. Within 30 days of departure, lose 50% of reservation fee. Within 1 Week - No refunds]

Damages:
The renters are financially responsible for ALL physical damage to or theft of a Booked Vehicle that occurs during the Booking, plus any additional costs and fees resulting from damage of any kind to the Vehicle, regardless of who is found to be at fault.
If you purchased insurance through our booking software (Outdoorsy/Wheelbase), there is a $1500 deductible that will be applied to damages. For damage under $1500, the renter is responsible for all damage costs.
If you are using your personal insurance for coverage during your trip (trips booked on Scenic Vans website only), you are fully responsible for all damage and subject to the deductible for your individual policy.
If you have purchased Interior Damage Protection through our booking site (Outdoorsy/Wheelbase), the policy covers up to $1500 of interior damage subject to the policies specifications. It is renter's responsibility to file the claim with IMG. No deductible to file claim. Scenic will deduct any damage costs from security deposit and successful claims will be reimbursed by IMG to the renter directly.
Excess Cleaning Fee $250 assessed upon further inspection of the van during cleaning process.
