Thank you for considering our luxury Thor Sequence camper van. This camper van has all the luxury and comforts of a full-blown RV but is easy to drive and fits in most parking spots.
The Sequence is luxurious and can accommodate a family of four very comfortably, with four seatbelts and the SkyBunk pop-top that features an additional queen size bed. It has a 27-gal freshwater tank and fully enclosed wet bathroom with sink, shower and cassette toilet. There is a pull-out rear king bed and rear screen door. The kitchen provides a refrigerator w/ freezer, microwave, sink, two-burner gas stove with solid surface countertops and a pull-out 4-person dinette. The van is equipped with a dual, 100-Ah Lithium House Batteries and a Solar Charge Controller with 190W Solar Panel. You will find many USB outlets throughout the van, including a pop-up charging port built into the kitchen counter.

If you intend to stay at a campground, we recommend you secure a camping spot before requesting a rental. Campgrounds fill up quickly. Consider exploring the nearby National Parks such as Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Joshua Tree (in the winter), Death Valley (in the winter), Kings Canyon, Sequoia, or Yosemite. Take a drive up the coast, hit the beach, or head inland to wine country. No off-road areas.
Host rules
* No Smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle. If there is evidence of such use, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
* You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
* If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
* Pet-friendly with approval, we don't charge a pet fee, but instead you must purchase the Outdoorsy Internal Damage protection - any evidence of unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee.
* Renter is responsible for checking/maintaining engine oil level,tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be the renter's responsibility.
*Owner will provide information on the operation of the coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
