Communication & Owner Responsiveness. Hector was more than willing to answer all questions. His availability to communicate was excellent, being a text away with answers & even checking in during our trip.

Vehicle Condition & Amenities. The RV is very clean & cozy, kept in great shape with all components working. It was well equipped, stocked, & comfortable, having everything we needed.
