Host rules
Lil Blue is built for adventure, not abuse. Treat her like your favorite fishing buddy: capable, loyal, and expensive to repair.
The Simple Stuff
• No smoking or vaping inside the truck or camper
• Pets are welcome — muddy paws happen, destruction does not
• Please don’t leave fish, bait, or mystery coolers full of “science experiments” behind
• If something breaks, tell us. Alaska happens. We’re reasonable humans.
The Two Forbidden Roads
Lil Blue may NOT go on:
* Dalton Highway
* McCarthy Road
These roads are extremely rough, remote, and hard on vehicles. Ignore this and you may lose your entire deposit plus repair costs.
Scratches & “Alaska Pinstriping”
Alaska brush is no joke.
Minor pinstriping from normal gravel-road travel happens. Deep scratches, body damage, dented panels, busted lights, or “I squeezed between two trees and believed in myself” incidents will be charged at actual repair cost.
Typical body/detail repair charges:
• Deep scratch repair: starts around $250+
• Dent repair: varies by damage
• Broken lights/mirrors/windows: actual replacement cost
• Interior damage/stains: cleaning or repair cost
Spare Tire Policy
Lil Blue includes a full-size spare because Alaska likes surprises.
If the spare tire is used:
• $75 service/replacement fee if repairable
• Full replacement cost if tire is destroyed or unrepairable
Please notify us immediately if the spare is used so we can keep the next adventure rolling safely.
Fuel & Fluids
• Please use diesel only (seriously 😂)
• Return with the agreed fuel level
• Don’t ignore warning lights unless you enjoy expensive life lessons
The Real Rule
Have fun. Take the scenic route. Pull over for wildlife. Watch the midnight sun. Make memories.
Just bring Lil Blue home in one piece so the next adventurer can do the same.
