Also known as a “squaredrop”, Burnadette the Burnside is our newest model. This model is a simpler, more minimalistic version of our Steel teardrops. With a full XL size (54x80”) mattress inside, it has the same amount of sleeping room.
It comes equipped with modern cabinetry above the foot of the mattress to store your camping gear. In the back, the double doors open to a spacious kitchen galley with plenty of upper storage space within the modern cabinetry above a countertop area.
The galley includes an LED down light, one 120v Gfci protected outlet, and one 12v combination USB/power port. The power center and a voltage meter to monitor the battery is also housed in the galley.
Pick up and drop off is at our location in Sherwood, OR. For security reasons, the Precise loction will be provided the day prior to pick up. The address noted in this listing is NOT the pick up address, it is nearby.
To pull Burnadette you'll need a 2" ball and a 4-way connector. I can also easily accommodate a 7-round connector. The hitch height is 15" - 18" from the ground to the base of the hitch ball. Customers must provide their own ball mount.

Host rules
Thank you for your interest in renting a teardrop from Oregon Teardrop Rentals. As the founder, I personally appreciate your inquiry and the opportunity to host you. I take my responsibility as your host very seriously and want to make sure all of my guests know what to expect, so here goes….
1) Regardless of how you found us, we use only booking platforms which encourage dialogue between guests and hosts to help build trust and rapport. These booking platforms perform the role of verifying ID’s, ensuring that insurance is purchased, and a phone number is provided. In addition, we’ll need some basic questions answered in order to ensure you have the proper equipment.
2) Pets are allowed but pets are not allowed to ride in the teardrops while they are being towed or to be left in the teardrop unsupervised for any period of time. If the teardrop is returned with pet hair or a pet stain on the linens or mattress, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be assessed.
3) Pick up is at 2 pm and Drop off Time is at 10 am. We do allow exceptions but they must be requested and agreed upon during booking. If the teardrop is not picked up or returned with an hour of the agreed upon time, a $150 convenience fee and/or another day of rental charge will be assessed; whichever is greater. If you would like additional information RE this policy, please ask.
4) NO SMOKING is allowed in the teardrop.
5) Towing the teardrops slowly on a short gravel road to arrive at a camp site, or on level and graded gravel roads at camp grounds is welcome. Driving fast on ANY gravel surface, or driving them on a rough ungraded road is NOT!
6) In order to keep our prices low, we allow our guests to choose upgrades. If you have not done so, we ask that you please review them and choose the linen, solar, bathroom, or cooking upgrade if they are needed. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute changes to the upgrades during the checkout process.
