• Please treat this camper with care so every guest can enjoy it. No smoking or vaping inside—any smoke odor will result in a cleaning fee. Pets are welcome with approval, and guests are responsible for any related damage. This camper cannot go to festivals, extreme conditions, or off-road areas. Pavement, maintained gravel, and normal campground roads only. Maximum towing speed is 65 mph for safety and to prevent sway or tire issues.
If towing, your vehicle must have a 2" receiver, 7-pin connection, and at least 3,000 lbs tow capacity. Never tow with the stabilizers down. Use only RV-safe toilet paper, and please avoid overfilling tanks.
Return the camper in the same clean condition: trash removed, surfaces wiped, dishes cleaned, and floors swept if needed. Propane starts full. No climbing on the roof or making any modifications. Please report any damage immediately so it can be handled quickly and fairly.
