Light and easy to tow, need a 2" ball to tow, includes a generator, A/C, heat, stove, sink and small cooler. Comes with a radio, queen bed, and storage underneath bed that includes basic amenities (utensils cooking and eating, basic cooking pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, hotdog and marshmallow sticks, eclectic cord, toiletries. In upper cabinets an extra blanket pillow and sheets, a triangle shade with ropes to tie off( not water proof), small first aid kit.
